THE 2015 COMBINED FEDERAL CAMPAIGN (CFC) OF GREATER WISCONSIN is seeking a charitable organization (private, nonprofit, philanthropic, health and human welfare organization) or a federation of charitable organizations interested in serving as the Principal Combined Fund Organization (PCFO) in accordance with Federal regulations 5 CFR Part 950 (go to www.opm.gov/cfc).  Applications to become the PCFO will be accepted from OCTOBER 1, 2015 through OCTOBER 30, 2015.  The PCFO will serve as the fiscal agent for the 2016 CFC, and be subject for renewal, if applicable as the PCFO for the 2017 CFC and 2018 CFC following a review of performance.
